Your one good system that will replace 20 bad ones.

Systems that don’t talk to each other? We’ll connect them.

When your data lives across machines, software and spreadsheets that were never built to work together, getting it into one place is a project of its own. Our integration service does that work with you.

A developer and systems analyst from our team connects your existing systems to Engine117: API connections, scrapers, database queries and MCP connections, whatever your tools need. Where it helps, we also set up custom configurations and custom views around the way you work. Most of it happens remotely over video calls, and on site when that makes more sense.

The result is one cohesive system rather than a stack of separate ones.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is Engine117?

A business operating system with a central AI. Your clients, conversations, bookings, money and company ownership live in one workspace, and one assistant can see all of it.

Instead of a CRM, a chat app, a calendar tool, spreadsheets for the cap table and exports from the accounting software, the work sits in one place with one set of permissions and one activity log.

The AI reads across all of it, so you can ask a question that spans clients, projects and the ledger and get an answer from your own data.

Think of it as the operating layer underneath the work. The pipeline knows who your clients are, the bookings know who is doing what and when, the financials know what money moved, and the ownership module knows who owns the companies involved. Because those parts share one database, the AI can connect them in a way separate tools cannot.

Who is Engine117 for?

Businesses that run on people, clients and money at the same time: production and service teams, sales and project teams, and the back office that keeps the books and the structure in order.

It is built for organisations and public bodies, not consumers, and for teams that care who can see what. Roles, per-page access, two-step login and an activity log come as standard.

Typical users are service and production companies booking people and machines, agencies and consultancies running client projects, and holding companies, family offices and finance teams that need to see a group of companies and the ownership behind it. Corporate and public-sector teams use the same controls to keep sensitive areas restricted to the right people.

What does it replace?

Typically a CRM, a team chat app, a shared inbox, a booking calendar, a cap-table spreadsheet and the exports you make to see what the accounts say.

Each of those becomes a part of one system: the client pipeline, team and client communication, bookings, financials and ownership. Because they share the same clients and projects, nothing has to be copied from one tool into the next.

Fewer tools also means fewer logins to manage, fewer places for client data to leak from and fewer exports sitting on laptops. When someone leaves, you remove one account rather than chasing access across a dozen services.

What does the AI actually do?

It answers questions from your connected data, investigates transactions, runs background checks on clients and partners, and summarises what is happening across the business.

It works from the sources you connect, such as your accounting software, analytics, CRM and databases. Treat what it says as a well-informed first draft and check it before you act on anything important.

Answers come from the data you have connected and the records in your workspace, not from a generic model of how businesses usually work. The more of your business is connected, the more useful the answers become.

Can the AI change or delete our data?

No. Accounting, analytics and database connections are read-only, and the AI’s tools can only look things up. Nothing is written back to your systems.

Every query the assistant runs is limited to your own workspace. Your accounting software, for example, is connected with read-only permissions, so even a wrong answer cannot corrupt a ledger.

Which tools does it connect to?

Accounting: Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage, Zoho Books, Odoo, Visma eAccounting, Oracle NetSuite and Merit Aktiva. Also Gmail, Google Calendar, GA4, Google Ads, Apollo, Attio, Postgres and any REST API.

Connections are made from the Data Connections page in the app. Accounting, analytics and databases connect read-only. Outlook email and WhatsApp are on the way.

There is also a custom connection for any system with a REST API, and Postgres databases can be connected, including ones behind a firewall. Website chat from Crisp, product analytics from Mixpanel and tasks from ClickUp can be read too.

Is our data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each workspace is kept separate at database level, and you control access with roles, per-page permissions and two-step login.

Our hosting providers hold independent security certifications such as SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001. We never sell your data or use it, or your clients’ details, for our own marketing. The details are in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Each workspace can require two-step login for everyone, lock itself after a period of inactivity, and restrict each person to the pages they need. Every important action is written to an activity log you can filter and export.

How do we get started?

Sign up with Google, Microsoft or your email, name your workspace and invite your team. Then connect the tools you already use.

Engine117 is provided by Business117 OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia. Questions about the terms or your data go to legal@engine117.com.

Most teams start with one area, usually the client pipeline or bookings, connect their accounting software, and add the rest as they go. Nothing has to be migrated on day one.

Is Engine117 an ERP?

Not in the traditional sense. It covers the parts of running a business that most teams stitch together from separate apps: clients, communication, scheduling, money and ownership, with AI across all of it.

It does not replace your accounting software. It reads your ledger rather than becoming a second one, so your accountant keeps working where they already work, and you get the picture alongside your clients and projects.

Can we build our website with Engine117?

Yes. Engine117 includes a website builder, and this site is made with it. Pages can use your own domain, and a contact form can open a card on your client pipeline for every enquiry.

Sections, fonts, colours and animations are edited visually, and every page is served with a strict security policy. Pages carry search descriptions, share images and structured data such as these questions.

What languages is it available in?

The app is in English today. Your own data, such as client names, emails and documents, can be in any language, and the AI reads and answers across languages.

Background checks search the news in several languages, which matters when a company operates across borders.

Where is the company behind Engine117 based?

In Tallinn, Estonia. Engine117 is provided by Business117 OÜ, an EU company, and personal data is processed under a GDPR Data Processing Addendum.

Registry code 17582615, VAT number EE103021261, Õnne tn 4, Tallinn 11214, Estonia. Legal questions go to legal@engine117.com.

Can you connect our systems for us?

Yes. Our integration service connects your existing tools, machines and software to Engine117 for you, mostly remotely. Two weeks of work is €3,000 plus VAT, paid up front.

A developer and systems analyst from our team builds the connections your systems need (APIs, scrapers, database queries and MCP connections) and can set up custom configurations and views around your processes. Projects take from a few days to a couple of months; the scope and price are agreed before work starts, and travel, if it is needed, is quoted separately.
